SOY ALERT - please read!

Something you should know if you are a big soy eater... I used to be until I suspected it was causing my skin to break out and did some digging... I then did a research project on it for my "environment and health issues" course in university, and was shocked at what I found. It seems we have been deceived into thinking soy is the ultimate health food, billions of dollars have been spent to trick us into eating poison. We must look beyond advertising and industry sponsored science to find the truth. It's important to know the source of your information!

Look into it for yourself! This information is not sponsored by the soy industry!

im sure if you looked up meat, you could find exactly the same toxins/chemicals/etc in it.

but this is why it is important to have everything in moderation. there is no "super food" that will be totally free of everything bad and packed with everything good.

and also, the second link is sponsored by the farming industry...of course they dont like tofu! haha

i liked the first article on the history of soy though. very interesting

Meat has it's own problems, I try to buy free-range organic meat when possible.

I agree with everything in moderation, but there are some "super-foods" like organic spinach,  or blueberries  for example... Soy is just not even a safe food in the amounts it is being consumed. Over 60% of processed foods contain soy products, I read the ingredients of everything I buy and it is very difficult to find foods that do not contain soy. Soybean oil has replaced all other oils in most processed foods... soybean oil is chemically extracted, contains carcinogens and is rancid.. a very unhealthy oil! Soy protein has been slipped into a wide range of foods...even meat products.

The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity, it is not industry sponsored.

You seem to be defensive of soy, why? It's neurological effects are getting to you? Just kidding ;)
