Super filling high protein soy tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Soy Flour Tortilla

210 g soy flour
1/2 tsp salt
5 g wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Soy Flour Tortilla

  1. Pour soy flour in a small bowl.

  2. Start adding water until you can form a ball of dough (it will be sticky so dust with flour!)

  3. Divide in 6 equal portions.

  4. Lightly flour the work surface with wheat flour and dust the dough with it.

  5. Start to flatten each piece with your hand or with a rolling pin, dusting with more wheat flour if it sticks.

  6. Heat a nonstick pan (should be really hot) and carefully drop the tortilla in it. Wait 1 minute or until it starts to form air pockets and form toasted spots. Flip around and wait another minute.

  7. I like it warm, with salsa and hard boiled egg!
