I think that's a fine amount, spek! I know you probably get this a lot on these forums, but I can't help but say this....I'm worried about you. I hope you are receiving professional treatment for your ED. *hugs*

I personally can't have cow's milk because I'm lactose intolerant, so much to the point that even the lactaid milks don't work for me. And I hate rice/nut milk, so soy is my only option. I've been drinking it my entire life, and I eat tofu and soy veggie meats on a weekly basis. I've had no health problems from it.

Mercola says Fermented soy products (miso,  natto) are good to eat, and say

processed soy products (tofu, soymilk, tempeh) are the ones to stay away from.

In my case, I became vegetarian for a year, and during that year was my fastest cross country season ever.  got down to a 16 minute 5k, compared to my previous years of eating meat and mac n cheese, 21 mins 5k.  My vegetarian diet had a medley of fruits, soy products, legumes, grains, and chocolate.

If you're worried about a dearth of protein, buy some protein powders and mix it into some BAKED goods.  chocolate protein --> brownies.  peaches n cream --> cookies.
