hell everyone!!!! my name is erin.. I had a quick question. I have recently been put on a pretty strict diet because of stomach issues. I can not longer have dairy so I have been drinking about 1-2 glasses of soy milk a day. Will this be bad for weight loss or maybe even a benefit?!?!?! thanks all

It almost certainly won't hurt. I drink soy milk instead of regular milk and it didn't make me fat (other things did, haha). It typically has less fat, and sometimes fewer carbs, than real milk. Depends on what you buy!
What kind do you drink? I've tried a lot of different kinds and find I like 8th Continent Light Original the best. It's 50 calories per 8 fl. oz.
although i don't drink soy milk [im not a fan of any milk really] the chocolate silk kind is a great little treat. also i reccomend you look into medifast--its a all soy type diet where you order food and its super healthy for you. it helps lower your cholesterol and you lose weight :)
Be careful with soy. It is full of hormones and has been linked to many health issues. The health industry is pushing it hard because it's so cheap to put in their products. You can research this easily online.
try rice or almond milk no estrogen's like soy milk.
I was going to suggest almond milk...there is a really nummy un sweetend vanilla almond breeze that is only 40 calories a glass....it's really good in cereal. I would strongly suggest that you try that instead of soy because of all the estrogen in soy it is very bad for you and Can ( I didn't say will) cause lots of health problems in the future.
