has anyone found a low-sugar soy yogurt? i loveeeeeee soy yogurt but it's so sugary it makes me feel sick.
white wave's silk live yogurts don't taste overly sugary to me, at least compared to brands like so delicious. i don't like the texture as much though. whole soy & co is creamier but still not overly sweet in my opinion.

I really really obsessively love whole soy. Vanilla has 15g of sugar per 1 cup - sooo yummy
whole soy is good but its hard to get away from sugar in fruit based yogurts. you could always make your own homemade soy yogurt but that is a pain.
Silk Live! might be lower in sugar than the other brands, but it's rather disgusting, in my opinion. Very artificial tasting, and not half as creamy as Whole Soy.
