speaking of frozen yogurt

I have this really nice light yogurt thats really low calorie and I love it but sometime want something frozen. Would freezing the yogurt cups just turn out yucky? (people dont usually just freeze their yogurt right?)

Freezing yogurt is so. dang. good. I love it when it's all frozen except for the middle, which is very thick and creamy. Yogurt is so easy to just gulp down, but when it's frozen, it takes longer to eat and is much easier to appreciate. You should definately try it!

i've wondered the same thing! so... muttlover, it's good? if i go and throw my yoplait light in the freezer right now, it'll be tasty? and if not, i can blame you? ;-) hehe

Some brands/flavors don't freeze well so it's hit or miss. But if it works it's good!

You can freeze it using an ice cream maker as well.  Try adding some fresh fruit like strawberries or raspberries.

you should only leave it in the freezer for about an hour otherwise it's way too hard and it doesn't thaw very well

I eat my yogurt frozen.  However, you cannot leave it in the freezer too long or it is very hard.

I wondered whether freezing it destroys the natural cultures that are good for your digestive tract?

I must try this as well! I've tried freezing it before but it turns out ROCK SOLID and I can't eat it

I'll try leaving it in for around an hour next time..... but its hard to plan this, and not just eat it straight from the fridge for me :P

just froze some 70 cal danactive vanilla yogurt - put it in the freezer this a.m. and after a 10 hour work day took it out and let it thaw for about an hour and it was absolutely delicious!! tasted JUST like the store bought stuff!

I ALWAYS freeze my yogurt. It takes longer to eat so you sort of trick yourself & it tastes delicious =]
