Has anyone done the Special K challenge? I love cereal so I wouldn't mind trying it, but it seems like it would get boring really fast. Any thoughts?

yes. it didn't work so well. it got boring and i ended up binging. ergg and gained extra pounds. where did you make your profile pic?
Yeah i have a feeling that will happen to me too. Maybe I'll just try it for a couple days as a "detox" of sorts.

I got my profile pic at http://www.mvm.com - My Virtual Model. Someone on here recommended it. It's SO fun... I wish I could do it from work right now :)

Detox?  Special K is nothing but surgared cardboard.

Try eating boiled eggs and green tea, instead.
I sarted my diet with Special K.

I would eat them insted of chips.

Since then i lost 9.6 lbs in 3 weeks.

But i don't eat them that much, but that's what first got me motivated.

Good luck!
worked perfectly for me.

you just have to make sure you follow the servings, I.E one cup not 38754385734.
If I was going to do a cereal diet, I'd choose a higher quality cereal than Special K.  It has virtually no fiber or protein, just carbs and added vitamins.  I'd rather have oatmeal or Kashi Golean.

That said, I have to say from long years of experience that restrictive diets that limit you to few foods are recipes for failure and weight regain.

We need to be making changes that we can live with the rest of our lives.
I agree with Claire.  I want myself to adjust to a healthier lifestyle and healthier food choices.  I don't want it to be a temporary thing then go back to where I was.

i lost 20 lbs on it along with exercise 2 years ago.
