Has anyone tasted these? They are delicious, with only 190 calories for 3 waffles, 8g protein, 1g fat. I usually eat just 2 waffles, plenty enough for me. I eat them with smucker's sugar free syrup. The smuckers syrup I have been able to find only in publix so I went there yesterday and bought 4 bottles of it (20cals for 1/4 cup). Anyways what do you think? Are these waffles and sugar free syrup a good idea for breakfast?

For waffles also I tried the Eggo Nutrigrain Cinnamon waffles..they are great (even my sone will eat them)...they are 170 calories for two...I never tried sugar free syrup...wonder if its good??
I try to avoid heavily processed food as much as possible, but if you like them, and they work for you, then they are good for breakfast.
There are definitely much better options though.

Sreeves8, sugar free syrup tastes good to me, I can actually say I like it better than regular syrup. Also it is 220 cals vs. 20 cals.

I eat the exact same thing sometimes, I love it! Also a good idea is to make a cinnamon apple in the microwave (I just add some no calorie butter spray, cinnamon, a little nutmeg and sugar free syrup to a sliced apple and put it in the microwave for about 4 minutes) and top the waffles with the apple...cinnamon apple waffles--yum!
Eek. I tasted those. In fact, they've been in my freezer for a few weeks now. They're just kinda rubbery to me. I wish I liked them as much as you do!
