Special K stinks! GOLEAN Crunch rules!!!

i love ceral. . . it is one of my weaknesses. Yesterday while grocery shopping I saw they were running a special on Kashi GOLEAN Crunch. I bought a couple of boxes just for me and my husband to try. We love it!!! It has slightly more calories than Special K (my former cereal of choice) but it's only like 20 calories more and unlike special k, kashi fills me up and i'm not starving 5 seconds later. 

i'm going back to the store to buy more today while they are still on sale!! 

Yeah!  It's definitely higher up in protein, fiber, and good fats.  I do like it more than Special K as well ;)

i just tried it to and i love it!:) i only tried the original flavor though, not the honey flax.. is that flavor good too? whcih ones better in ur opinion?

I also just picked up some Go lean crunch on a whim, and WOW, so delicious. I like that it's sooo crunchy that it takes a little longer to eat. It is my new favorite breakfast food. ( I also put some in baggies to take to work with my yogurt rather than granola)

The Honey Flax is even better!!! Great with Dannon Light n fit vanilla yogurt....

the website nutrition info says it's 190 with 9g protein.

the special k protein plus is about 130 cals with 13g protein for the same amount. 

Special K, Kashi and All Bran with Yogurt bites are all of my favorites. Well my real favorite is Frosted Flakes... but anyway, I just switch every trip to the store.

it sounds sooo good! i wish we got it in the UK :(

its actually like 190 calories  with milk. i eat it dry mostly. . . the box says 140 calories for 1 cup . . . .i trust the box in this instance. 

laura- are you sure that's not regular golean that's 140? golean crunch has 190.  But I think it's worth it! It's so good and filling! I also like the almond flax one (which is 200 calories for a cup)

Regular Go Lean has 140 calories. GoLean Crunch is LOADED with sugar.
