Recipe Ingredients for Spicy lentils
| 150 | g lentils |
| 2 | potato |
| 1/2 | red pepper |
| 1 | carrot |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 3 | tsp paprika |
| 1 | tsp cumin |
Recipe Directions for Spicy lentils
- Fry the garlic cloves and the onion, add paprika. Leave for 30 seconds, add water and stir. Leave for later.
- In a pot fry with 1 tsp of olive oil the carrot and pepper finely chopped, add the lentils and cover with water.
- Add the garlic and onion when the lentils and potatoes are soft enough.
