Spicy Meatballs with Fiery Chili Sauce Recipe
Lovely meatballs!
| 112 | g 4 oz. ground turkey |
| 28 | g 2 TBS cooked brown rice |
| 5 | g onion |
| 3 | g 2 cloves garlic grated |
| 3 | g yellow spicy pepper |
| 1 | (.325g) 1/4 tsp dried parsley |
| 1 | (.4g) 1/4 tsp italian seasoning |
| 1 | .45g) 1/4 tsp fennel seed |
| 1 | (.25g) 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes |
| 45 | g 2 1/2 TBS chili sauce |
| 1 | g 1/8 tsp or to tast tobasco |
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- in medium bowl,combine the turkey, rice, parsley, italian seasoning, fennel, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes. Mix well with hands and roll into 8 balls.
- Place them in a single layer on a small nonstick baking sheet. Bake for about 7 min, or untill the meatballs are just barely pink inside. transfer to a medium bowl and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the chili sauce with the tobasco. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Toss to coat and serve.
