Spicy Peanut Veggies Recipe

Makes 3 servings


just to make the sauce use the peanut butter on down.

Ingredients
1 1/2 tbs butter
1/2 medium onion, fine chop
1 medium sweet potato
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 head of cauliflower
2 tbs peanut butter
1 1/2 tbs honey
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cayenne
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbs cumin
4 oz rice noodles
Directions
  1. Throw the SWEET POTATO and cook until almost brown, add ONION and GARLIC.

  2. Meanwhile steam CAULIFLOWER.

  3. Add all the veggies together.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet besides the RICE NOODLES.

  5. put mixture on the RICE NOODLES.
