Nope!!  But exercise is good to help prevent varicose veins from developing from those nasty ugly looking spiders.  I work for a surgeon who does vein strippings, leg injections and laser treatments for severe varicose veins -- he also does the laser for the spider veins but those are considered "cosmetic" and insurances won't pay for that. 


I have very bad spider veins by my knees from sitting on my legs and crossing legs wrong.  What we do when we are younger has a way of biting us on the butt when we get older -- just like the age spots I have developed from those teen age years of sun worshipping.  Oh if I only had known then!!

I'm going to be the stupid one to post but...

I think the veins look sexy.... to the point where I literally show them off. I think of myself as "transparent girl"...

mine fadded allmost completely when i lost all my weight

I'm 14 and where I'm homeschooled and always sitting down, I have a little bit on each leg on my inner, upper thigh, is there a way to get rid of them???
