| 10 | oz frozen spinach |
| 1 | small onion, chopped |
| 1 | tbsp light buttery spread |
| 1 | salt to taste |
| 1 | pepper to taste |
- Cook onion until tender in light margerine.
- Thaw spinach in microwave and add to onion.
- Heat through and salt and pepper to taste.
