Spinach with Onion Recipe

Serves 2 or three as a side

Ingredients
10 oz frozen spinach
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp light buttery spread
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook onion until tender in light margerine.

  2. Thaw spinach in microwave and add to onion.

  3. Heat through and salt and pepper to taste.
