spinning and calories burned?
so i haven't done spin in a while but i did a 45min class today. and i was sweating afterwords, definately pushed myself harder than when i ride a normal bike, even outdoors!! but we have trackers on our spin bikes that tell us how far we rode, i did 14 miles in 40 mins. could i safely track this as "bicycling. 19mph-21mph" in the activity log??

anyone??
i would log it as stationary bicycling, either moderate or vigorous effort. Riding a stationary bike is really different from riding outdoors and the muscles used aren't even exactly the same so I'd be more conservative in my estimate. that's just me though.
