Ok - so yesterday i was at my aunts house and ate WAY WAY WAY too many calories. No greasy food or anything like that, but had some scrambeled eggs, roast beef, potatoes, spaghetti, some cheesecake.... anyways - i think i probably consumed a good 3,000 calories (cringe!). This is WAY over what i usually eat. I usually only eat 1200-1275 a day. Today i am feeling so guilty about yesterday that i've hardly eaten anything. And i feel like i should hardly eat anything for the rest of the week to make the 5 pounds go away that i probably gained.

So my question is... what's the best thing to do the day after a splurge and the next few days? Should i cut back my usual 1250 calories for today and only have say 900?? Then go back to normal tomorrow? Or should i try and force myself to eat my normal 1250 today?? Anyone know?!

I would not try to under eat to compensate for what sounds like a wonderful day of food. If you have been consistent with your intake and don't splurge often, then just enjoy it. Stressing out about the past may just cause you to over eat. Instead, think about the good time you had with your aunt. I hope you had a good time, it sounds like you did.:-)
Don't feel alone. I did the same thing today. Ooo, I ache! I ate 1600 more calories than I usually eat in a day...all in the form of sweets! Ugh! We'll be okay. Better day tomorrow!
I think that the best thing to do is to get back to your regular routine as soon as possible.  A little extra exercise is fine, if that makes you feel better.  But the best way to avoid another binge is to go back to normal eating habits, not starve yourself.
