Hi all. I started this group to give people in the Spokane area a place to talk about their struggle with weight and to provide support to each other. I have tried many times to get my weight down to my ideal, but never seem to make it stick, even though I exercise regularly.

One benefit to having a local group would be that we could use our collective wisdom to identify places we can go to actually enjoy the region and still find something healthy on the menu. I have never moderated this sort of thing before, so I may not be great at it but when I saw there wasn't a Spokane group already I decided that instead of waiting for someone else to start one I was going to just do it.
