Hello!

I am a new member to Calorie Count and I'm finding enlightening to find out about the foods I eat.  I have also recently tried to start going for a jog in the evenings after work.  I would love to hear from any fellow joggers in the Spondon area in Derby and to find out which routes you take.  There are so many footpaths and routes across fields nearby, it seems such a shame to stick to the roads!  Especially with the lighter evenings.  I would love to hear any good routes for a newbie jogger!
