How can I get my spouse to take care of our kids while I exercise?

Answer

First, get your husband to buy into your need to exercise. Explain that, together, you are a team and you both need to stay healthy (not to mention hot) for both of you. And then, both review your options and reach a decision together.  For instance, you could pay a babysitter to come in while you go out to exercise, or you could join a gym that offers childcare and activity classes for the kids, or you could buy a jogging stroller for $300, or partake in any other option that makes sense for a mom with kids.  But, also be sure that you are not using your husband as an excuse to avoid exercise and that you are not holding exercise hostage in a war that's really about household chores.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
