This is a challenge continuing from my Valentine's Day challenge. 

Anyone can sign up at any time!

Sorry I missed on Monday.  My trainer told me to stay away from the scale because I'm going to start gaining weight with weight lifting.  I peaked at the scale on Friday (for another challenge) and it was up.  So I've been on the scale everyday since then and everyday I have different results.  This has really put my in a down mood and felt I guilty.  I almost forgot my goals of overall being fit and healthy.  So I'm back and hopefully back on track. 

I'm so pumped to see everyone back on Friday.  So many of you are 1-2 pounds away!!!!!!  We will do this!

I was away for a week so I didn't weigh on the 27th!  I'm glad I have one day before tomorrow's final weigh in.  I failed miserably at keeping my appetite under control while i was away -- and was not very active either.  So two strikes against me.  I'm so looking forward to the next challenge that starts tomorrow :-)

Even knowing I won't reach my goal, I've managed to shed a few pounds, coming late into this challege. Looking forward to the July challenge. You guys have been a really encouraging, helpful group.

Too much celebrating over the weekend. I'm sure it's mostly do to increased sodiumm and will go down quickly. I'll be drinking lots of water over the next few days!

I lost 6.5 lbs on this challenge. Considering for most of it I was hovering around the 250-252 mark I'm very happy with my final weigh in.

Well, it was a fun while it lasted. Didn't lose as much as I'd like...this last month has been a pain...probably a plateau as I have lost 18% of my body weight and was due for one. Hopefully this new job will take care of the remaining 30 pounds this summer.

Killed my goal weight for challenge!!! Yeah!!!! Lost 18 lbs. and 10% of my body weight!!! This is definitely Feelin' good Friday (corny, I know ;) !!!

WOW!!! This was an awesome challenge! Can't wait to jump into July! Hopefully I will meet my ultimate goal! Only 10 lbs. left for a total loss of 63 lbs!!

Hey.  No matter how big or little, at least it is movement in the right direction. 

Remember, you had to try to jump start your metabolism by gaining first.  I would count the pounds lost from your highest weight during the challenge.  In just three weeks you have lost 4.4 pounds!  That is fabulous.
