Week 4: Exercise and Meet Your Calorie Deficit Challenge
- Earn 1 point per day for each day you meet calorie deficit
- Earn 1 point per day for every 30 minutes of exercise.
Like last week’s challenge, hopefully this one will also help you meet your calorie deficit!

Last week's deficits didn't go very well... I only had 400+ deficits on 3 days so I don't expect to have lost weight! I am very glad for this week's challenge because I felt lazy last week and did very little exercise.

I couldn't weigh or post yesterday, for week 3, so I'm hoping it's ok to do so now, and that you haven't added up the points yet cdanda?? Great job by the way, this challenge is excellent, and you've been steadily losing weight.
After not losing for the first few weeks, this morning I was really please and surprised that I weighed what I did!! Here are the results:

Hey, I'm really loving this challenge. :) Yoohoo. I did the water & the fiber one as well, but TTOM sabotaged it. I'm one of those lucky ones with very bad PMS and worse PostMS syndrommes.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
