Welcome to Week 6.

Please post stats for June 8 weigh in here.

Sorry I have been MIA and haven't posted stats. My life has been totally crazy, too much to do and not enough time, so the challenged has moved to the bottom rung unfortuntately. I think after this week things SHOULD slow down, so hopefully I'll catch up on the points. Regardless, I'll at least post a challenge. Worthwhile even if we're just posting and being honest to ourselves I hope.

Week 6 Challenge: Exercise Mix-Up

(Total of 2 points available to earn for this challenge daily)

Many people have their favorite types of exercises that they stick with so this challenge is to get everyone to mix up their exercises.

You earn .5 point for each category of the below that you do each day. 

Cardio - includes running, walking, elliptical, treadmill, bicycling, swimming, etc.

Weights - includes weights at the gym, home gyms, dumbbells, etc.

Calisthenics - includes pushups, situps, crunches, pullups, jumping jacks, etc.

Activities - includes lawn care, going to the zoo, swimming at the waterpark, sports, home repair, etc.  (If you get a .5 point for this activity, you can not get an extra .5 point if it falls into another category.  Unless it falls within two categories and then you will only receive a .5 point for the second category.)

NOTE:  You must do at least 15 minutes of the category to get points for it.

I started this week out with a bang and I'm a daily weigher, so I actually saw a 163 on the scale this week!!! Buuuuut the scale DID say 165 this morning so that's what I am posting. Maybe it will be more than a half pound difference next week? Who knows. I also am kinda burned out so changing up my exercise routine is probably a good idea. I am heading to Bonnaroo on Wednesday, which should be difficult for my calorie count but easy for exercise (there's no way around walking at least an hour a day and knowing me, there will also be lots of dancing). Also, I probably will NOT be able to post on Monday but pleeeeese don't take me out of the challenge! I will post as soon as  I am back to civilization (hopefully Tuesday).

Sorry, team 2! I totally let us down this week. I had my deficit every day, but didn't get all of the fiber every day. And I'm still not back to the gym. I did drop a few pounds, though, which I'm happy about. :)

I just noticed that Jacqueline has lost 7 pounds since the start of the challenge. And Hillary lost 12??? that's AWESOME! congratulations, you two.

Again, sorry for missing the tally. Still so, so busy...and I actually haven't done anything myself to meet challenge goals -- in fact probably back to bad habits. Hope to get back to it this week...Good luck everyone.
