Sorry, I still feel like I've fallen off the face of the earth...still behind. At some point, I'll try to catch up on the tallying. Sorry everyone, but keep up the good work. I'm seeing some great results (even if they aren't mine).
Challenges:
EXERCISE CHALLENGE
For every 100 calories burned, you earn .5 point . This must be in exercise that does not involve your normal day activites such as work.
DEFICIT CHALLENGE:
1 point for each day you meet your calorie deficit goal (as usual)

So I went to Bonnaroo this weekend and it was really awesome and super fun but I cannot fairly claim any sort of points for this week because it was just a crazy whirlwind adventure and I didn't count anything. Nothing at all. So I have to skip this week but ONLY this week because I am back on the wagon starting tomorrow. I didn't actually screw up too bad or anything because there was definitely a lot of moving around and not really much overeating, but I plan on waking up early tomorrow to work out before work and will restart the counting then too. So, I wont have a full week but at least I'll get a good four days of points in by Monday. Good luck all! Glad to see those who are still here!

Goal weight (for week five): 186
For week seven weigh in, I'm still sitting at 165. Blah. At least I didn't gain. I had a friend in town this weekend and it threw me off a bit. Also, I only earned 4 points this week - all for exercise. NONE for meeting my deficit. sure, my deficit goal is high (800), but still. Not so great. Anyway, at least I've lost SOME weight and maybe I'll knock off a few more for this last week. I'm gonna try.

I've also had a few whirl-wind weeks where I haven't been so hot on the healthy eating and exercise. Amazingly, though, I still lost weight. I think it's all the hard work previously that's paying off...more muscle equals more calories burned??? Anyway, here are my stats for week 7:

I honestly don't know my points this week - i kept on forgetting to try & work this out. anyway, one thing I can say is that my clothes are not so tight!! so thats a result if nothing else!
So I'm just gonna try and keep going with last week's challenge for this week since there's not a new one posted. where is our fearless leader? She must have a lot of stuff going on right now. So I'm gonna keep with the .5 point for every 100 cals burned and a point for meeting deficit and hope I can get to like 163 or 162 lbs for the end of the challenge. That will mean I've lost 5 pounds and that's cool with me.
Yep, I'm doing the same thing. I will not meet my goal of losing 10 lbs over the entire challenge, but I've lost 6 so far and that's feels great.
