SPRING to WINTER CHALLENGE-OPEN-UPDATE 11/10/09
I find it's easiest to lose weight from Spring to Fall. Anyone interested in trying a challenge to see how much we can lose by the end of September? We'll post our weights at least every Sunday and see how we are doing each week. Post your starting weight...we're starting now at the beginning of April. Sunday night I'll post the weights I have. Please join, it should be fun and a long enough time (6 months) for us to see great results through the Spring, Summer, and Fall. :)
Ok, here is the list so far of starting weight. You can email me or post here your weight each Sunday/Monday and I will then each week list the weight lost and percentage lost if you would like. I will also send this by email to you as well. If you don't see your name or an abbreviation, email me. Looking forward to the challenge and any inspiring ideas each week you have send my way or post . If you don't want to post your weight, then just email me your pounds lost. Here is the updated list and we'll start Sunday, April 12 and 13 to see if we have lost any pounds. Enjoy. :)

Wow, I've lost more this year than I'd realized. It just seems that lately I've just been at a standstill. It helps to look back at how far I've come.

I hope everyone's doing well. I had a meeting last Monday morning so I couldn't log in and then I forgot to get back to it later - oops.
My weight this morning is the same as last Monday...

cw - 139.8 (just barely in the 30's - gonna buckle down)
