Why are some women so delusional? Seriously?
Do they think the initial water rentention is muscle mass?
It seems like lately I've seen a ton of threads about how fast women think their thighs get "bulky"... I just don't get it.
Hmmm MAYBE if you just do like 4 sets of 50 instead of 100 you won't bulk up ...

Possibly! But, with THREE WHOLE POUNDS.... you have to do SOMETHING to make sure you don't bulk up! Hmmm.. maybe keep the reps but make sure to not carry anything else over like 2 pounds for the rest of the day...
And like don't forget to not eat any protein!!!!

I wish that I didn't know that this is an actual suggestion that people have provided - eat less protein.

Just keep doing those tricep kickbacks with 2 pounds for half an hour...the fat will firm up and turn into muscle! But, not like gross bulky muscles. Nice, small, soft, un-defined muscle... the pretty kind.

Yes, you will gain 5lbs. So like don't eat for the rest of the day, that should do the trick.

Holy moly - Thank goodness!!! I was so worried I would wake up looking all hulky and then my husband would leave me and then no one would want me and then i would end up homeless and then I would get run over by a car and then I would have to go to the hospital where they would not allow me to work out!
