I did a squat and my thighs got so BULKY
Why are some women so delusional? Seriously?
Do they think the initial water rentention is muscle mass?
It seems like lately I've seen a ton of threads about how fast women think their thighs get "bulky"... I just don't get it.
You guys convinced me. I was going to go home and lift weights tonight but I think I'll be so big in the morning I won't be able to get out of bed. I'll just do pilates for 2 hours, then go on the elliptical for 4 hours and maybe I can fit into my clothes from 4th grade in time for this college party next week.
Thanks for the tips. I'm going to go try some ****-
In answer to your original question about the delusional women, my informed opinion is that they don't know "squat"! ![]()
And I can't beleeeieve I actually read through this entire thread! Could we be that starved for intellectual stimulation? Perhaps due to diet-induced delirium...
"LMAO", I know, has been said here already but I it was a great way to start my Saturday morning!
However, I simply can't help adding that the title of this thread could be a song (kinda like "I kissed a girl and I liked it")
I Did A Squat and my Thighs are So Bulky ....
PS I'd rather be bulky than flabby!
You know the whole pilates makes your muscles longer thing? What does a person with long muscles look like? Surely your muscles can only be one length?!
This is an ace thread, so funny!!
I have decided to stop lifting weights because I was starting to get bulky. I'm 5'5" and I want to be 5'7" with long lean muscles. I was considering taking up pilates. Will it help me achieve my goals and lose the bulk?

get rid of those pesky bones & you'll be able to stretch as high as you want, and the best thing, the taller you become the thinner you'll look. if you keep gaining weight just keep stretching taller. one will never have to worry about looking fat ever again. ok sure you won't have much of a shape, but who wants to look shapely, shapely means bulky!!! go forth & spread the word.

Speaking of worms, I hear that tapeworms do wonders to "lengthen your muscles"...
