1st 10lbs down!
I'm so pleased with myself! Weighed tonight, and and finally gotten rid of the 1st 10lbs! It's taken me almost 2 whole months... I've been fighting a lot of hormone problems that have made this whole experience a real battle, and have gotten me really discouraged at times. I still have 55lbs to go to get to my ultimate goal weight, but finally it feels like I've passed a milestone! I just wanted to share. :) Hope you're having a brilliant night too!
Great job!!!! Way to go!!! I've lost 5lbs and can't seem to get past that. :-(
I can't wait to get to the 10lbs mark. But I'll keep trying.
Congrats, that is so awesome! I can't weight til I lose my first 10.
Congrats to you the first 10 is always the hardest cause you have to change your whole lifestyle to get started.
Here to hoping that the final 10 pounds goes off without a hitch.
Thanks guys! Live4me and thatfatgirl: it will happen! 6-8 felt like they took -forever- but they are worth it!
Kudos to you !!! That is an awesome feeling. I am having the hardest time even losing a pound!
Congratulations and well done for sticking with it.
Great Job!!! I too have only lost 5lbs so far and cannot wait until those numbers start to grow!! Thank you for your inspiration to keep it going!
Congrats! I like the way you state your weight as "down". So many call it weight lost. In perspective- If you loose something, you want it back... If you give it away or put it down, it's gone forever. The first 10 is the hardest to put down. Changing your food choices, and lifestyle is difficult. You are on the right path to a positive change forever. One day at a time, one pound at a time. With every pound down it will get easier to move, breathe, and live the life you deserve.
Great job!!!!!!!!!!! I cant wait to hit my first 10!!!!!!!!
Great job! We are proud of you, Keep up the good CCing.

Hey, you know I've lost about 10 pounds in 4 months, but it's better than nothing. And because my caloric intake needs to be so little for me to lose weight, I think I'm doing pretty well in actuality. I don't want to starve so I eat what is comfortable for me without being too indulgent or gorging myself. So it's slow but it's working. At this rate, it will take me about a year to lose a proper amount of weight, and that means 40 pounds. Better than not at all, right?
Congratulations! Totally awesome! You are on the way to a new you!
my dear friend, i am so happy for you, i know how hard it is to lose the very first pounds, keep up with what ever you are doing, never be to hard on yourself, and enjoy a new way of eating.
i have lost 45 myself yet i still have a long way to go.
Keep up the great work!!!
45 pounds! Kudos to you, faithspence, and all who are working so hard to lose the weight! It may take time, but better than nothing, and certainly better than gaining.
