Losers make excuses, winners find a way!

Fed up, and tired of excuses join us for the last time for good.

First step 10% of current weight..

Second Step 10% of new weight.....

And go until you reach your ultimate GOAL!

We are going to weigh in on Friday Mornings- Pee, lose the clothes and jump on the scale! We are tired of fluctuating up and down- back and forth- and we are in it for good. Hubby not always supportive, need an outside source of motivation from someone who is taking the same steps as you, we are your ladies!!! This Friday is the first weigh in!

Go ahead and introduce yourself, share your stats, a little blurb about yourself if you want and lets make some friends.

Mom of 3- needing to lose weight gained from last pregnancy- last weight was 212 up from 203, tired of the fluctuating!

Thanks! It is crazy at home with all the kids. Especially with work and school and getting caught up in the holidays. Thanks for the input and support. I think I kinda steered away because I love CC so much that I was getting caught up in chatting with all my fellow losers instead of doing my school work. OOPS, i'm actually writing a paper right now, just taking a quick break. Its all good.

 

But I have to post my stats for Friday- First time at a computer since then.

 

Have to read the rest of everyones stats tooo. I am so excited to see everyones great effort still.

Just didn't get to a computer Friday to put in my stats- but I did weigh in. You are doing great. I am jelous, I was kinda trying to keep up with you cuz we were right around the same weight. But I haven't been working out for the past two weeks and no weight loss shows that. But I have maintained so that is exciting. This upcomming week is the last week of my current courses, so when I finish I'll have a two week break before I start my next courses...I'm on it this week!!!!

I am feeling fantastic about my weight. I have not been weighing in on an empty stomach and I have not been working out- So, I have maintained, through beer, wine, bailyes and Thanksgiving, through stress, craziness and finals, and I am going to Kick butt this week.

My inches are dropping too- Sharyn- I think I'm starting to see what yo umean.

 

BTW- I cut my hair off even more!!!! its all gone!!! and I started tanning- two little things that bring out my vibrancy and make me feel great!

Hey I think I am posting in the new group site, but it looks the same.  Anyway, hope you all are having a good week.  I am trying my best not to weigh until Friday-only gave in once.

I think this is the old site, but Morgan said we could use either site, that we might get more members that way.
,br> Glad that you are still giving it your all. Maybe the results will all be positive when you step on the scales Friday. I'm hoping the same for myself, too.

Anyway, the evidence says that weight lost slowly is weight that is more likely to stay off. I console myself with that and am glad when my trend is at least slowly going down, or even sometimes staying about the same. If we keep doing what we know is right long enough, the results will have to follow.

Maybe some of the others will come along and post here also and we'll find out how they are doing. Hang in there!

If you are having trouble finding out group site- rather than the forum post group- let someone know and we can help.

 

The group site looks new, there are limited posts compared to our AMAZING 125 posts here.

 

I think, as many said, it will give us the opportunity to keep conversations more managable. We can have a weigh in thread, a chat thread, maybe even a weekly challenge thread.

 

We just got hammered with snow up here in VT! YAY finally an excuse to say its winter.

hey ladies, its friday...

weight- dec 12/08 -- 182

weight-dec 5/08 -- 180.5

not sure why i gained the pounds, been around 1000 calories per day/ 3200 calories burned per day. some exercising, but not alot. should be doing more...

one good think happened though this week,,,, I FIT in my last years jeans, size 14 with ease.  i have been a size 16.

 so something must be working. hope everyone is doing great.  chat later

we now have a group site,  if you are looking for motivation and support then join us.. we  are a group of women (men are welcomed though) all of us want to be under 200 lbs and  have very busy hectic lives with childern and jobs.. We have each set a weight loss goal of 10% of our current weight and weigh in every friday. and offer support and motivation and challenges. I started CC two years ago.  Then I was over 350 lbs.  I hope to get back on the wagon and lose those pounds by communicating with others.  So here I am.

 

The above is what I wrote a few months ago....now I have reached my Ult. Goal!!!!!   I must move on to another goal.  Let me see, I am so excited I don't know where to go (smile)....God has been so good to me.

I now have a goal to reach 225.   If I reach that goal, I might treat myself by having my husband take me on a vacation!  You know what that means...New Clothes.
