Stage 2 Interval training ?

Quote  |  Reply

Almost done with Stage 1 and have been going over Stage 2 with hubby (he's doing it with me).  It looks like Workout B has 2 more exercises than Workout A, AND has the 15 min interval training.  We don't have a ton of time to workout in the morning so I'm wondering if anyone thinks it would be a big deal to switch the intervals to workout A instead of B?  Or do you think there is a "reason" we do them at the end of B instead of A?

Also, is the real difference between the Static lunge foot elevated and the Bulgarian split squat the height of your "behind" foot?

And for the widegrip deadlift from a box, if my dead lift weights aren't super high still, and I'm not using those "full size" weights (using a sort of bar holder that is mid shin) would I need to use the box or wouldn't I get the same effect by just putting the smaller weight right on the floor?  I hope I'm explaining that right...

Hi Dovelette-

I tried to do HIIT after each workout in Stage 2, 3 and now 4. I found it VERY hard to do after workout A in Stage 2- my legs were just too sore to move that fast. It's definitely after B on purpose.

Surprisingly the two workouts are close in time it takes to complete, even with the 15 min HIIT.

I'm not sure exactly your question about deadlift from box. I dont have a box at home so I just did wide grip DLs. The box just gives you a bit more range of motion...
