What kind of results did you get from finishing Stage 1??
I've gotten more visible muscles in my arms and back... my legs are stronger and my butt feels firmer. I measured and compared to when I've started and I've lost about 1/4" in my bust and 1-1/4" in my waist!!! yay! :)
At the start of stage 1 I could do maybe 5 pushups in a row. Now I can do 15 without taking a break.
Body shape wise Im looking basically the same.

Sounds like you've definitely improved stength-wise! Congrats!!!
I still suck at pushups, but I've gotten much now.
I'm in the middle of stage 7. I skipped stage 6 and plan on going back to it after I finish 7. I have to say, I feel like a rock right about now. This morning I took my kids to their ice skating lessons. My son went first, and when he finished we were sitting around on the bleachers watching my daughter skate. My son, 6 yrs old and being a crazy boy kid, was beating me up. First he started shoulder checking me, then progressed to karate chopping my quads, then we started acting silly and were doing karate moves chopping and blocking each other. Every time he contacted me, nothing gave. I felt so solid. And nothing he did hurt me either. I used to be soft and squishy, but today he couldn't make a dent. If nothing else, this program will make you fit enough to keep up with up your kids. I love it.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
