Usually, I have oatmeal, like quick oats or something like that.  I usually eat the Quaker Oats kind, and it's really good because being a poor college student that stuff lasts a long time! :D So, I always try to have that for breakfast, especially since it's colder now..

I also have an assortment of fruits, I especially love baby apples..I don't know what they're called but they're palm sized and so cute! I must have some sort of crunch fruit..I love bosch pears too.

Nuts too..almonds and walnuts.  And then water, then dinner and lunch varies.  But I always try to eat some sort of veggies with mine.

I have organic steal cut oats with raspberries blue berries and strawberries, cut up banana and a bit of real Quebec maple syrup with a glass of soy milk.

For snack I love apples sauce, or peach apple sauce.

Stir Fries are great for lunch, just throw in whatever veggies and protein you want. Add soy sauce or hot sauce.

my food staples (in no order) are: bran flakes, orville redenbacher smartpop, light hot chocolate, frozen berries, apples, vanilla soymilk, brussel sprouts, sugar-free gum, diet soda, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash (all kinds), soynuts, almonds, egg whites, eggs, yogurt, rice cheese, salmon, chicken, shrimp, lean steak, fish, canned tuna, tuna steaks, protein bars (i don't eat them very often though), string-cheese, apple sauce, and subway sandwiches ;)

My absolute must have grocery list (aka if these are not in the house I get mad)

  1. Egg Whites
  2. Light Wheat Bread
  3. Boca Patties
  4. Fat Free Cream Cheese
  5. Greek Yogurt
  6. Celery, Cucumbers and Mushrooms
  7. Apples

-Nature's Own white wheat bread (50 cals/slice)
-Eggs
-Bananas, strawberries
-Steamed rice
-Lentils
-Oatmeal

breakfast
-bowl of all bran strawberry medley (so gooood and 40% of your fibre) with half a banana and some flax seed
-sometimes rather than milk i put my cereal in low fat yogurt and add flax seed for protein
-egg whites on toast with avacado, tomato or whatever you like
-fruit smoothies!!! half cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup orange juice, raspberries and 1 splenda

also a good idea for snacking...i eat a lot of frozen food it's pretty much like eating a desert...my favorite are frozen grapes and frozen mangos
as well low fat yogurt and almonds

lunch options
-tuna with light feta on romaine
-Cobb salad: turkey bacon, egg whites, veggies, avocado and balsamic dressing
