Grande Cafe Americano with a shot of something sugar free--20 calories

Tall Skinny Cinnamon Dolce w/ an extra shot!!! Yummmmmmyyyyyyy!!!!

Triple grande nonfat hazelnut mocha... not low-calorie but it tries to be...

Oops - forgot mine!

Light blend Dulce de leche frappucino - only like 160 calories for a grande!!

so full and satisfied afterwards too ;) I lick the honey stuff on it - and get a few weird looks - but its soooooo worth it.....
Hot: (Double) tall, half-sweet vanilla soy latte... ~140 calories.

Cold: I'm enjoying their iced coffee & doubleshot drinks and passion iced tea (with or without lemonade)...all half-sweet. I do like their java chip light or coffee light fraps (no whip) but they're so sweet so I get them rarely.

im a fanatic-try my creations:

1. venti iced sugar-free soy cinnamon dolce -150 calories...less with non-fat milk

2. venti 4-pump, no water, soy, chai tea latte -280...for a splurge

3. tall black and white -you will die. it's so good

O.o *drool*

excuse me. I am just obsessed with coffee. Haha, not that starbucks is even coffee - there are sooo many options!

I wish i lived in the US - the starbucks options there look amazing!! chai lattes and nonfat hazelnut mochas?? We dont have any of that!!!!!

grande coffee-blended caramel frappuccino lite.

sometimes i'm hesitant to get it because it tastes TOO good to be 'lite'. what if the barista accidentally uses whole milk or the regular syrup or something? @_@

oh well, i don't get it every dayy.

yummm either a soy chai tea latte, a light coffee frappacino (which I then put a TON of cinnamon on).... or steamed soya milk with sugar free hazlenut syrup... plain, I know, but I like it with extra foam... cos I like to eat the foam with a spoon... hee hee ^^

I'd like to try a green tea frappacino, but I haven't seen them here in England =[

I do lurve starbucks =]

xxx

A few weeks ago, we were at the Starbucks at Rock City.  I came off the trail tired, hot and thirsty.  I wanted coffee for the boost, but I had been really wanting to try the strawberries&cream frap.  I couldn't choose.  I told the barista I couldn't decide, and he offered to cook me up a combo to "try it" and, if I hated it, he graciously insisted that would make me whatever else I wanted, no extra charge (and made me swear to be honest if I hated it!).  :-)  Anyway, he made me a strawberries&cream frap using a "coffee base."  OH-MY-GOODNESS!  I swear, it tasted just like a chocolate covered strawberry "shake."  The first sip was odd, and then after a sip or two, I sucked it down like there was no tomorrow and then wished I had another one (but was glad I didn't).

Note:  I assume it was made "full on."  Well, I know it was.  It was only a tall, I don't know what the calories were, and I don't want to.  I was on vacation and very, very rarely "indulge" in anything from Starbucks anyway, so I didn't care.   Please don't smash my blissful oblivion.  Tongue out

mmmmm.... starbucks ..... triple grande sugar free vanilla soy latte .... starbucks is like crack <twitch>

Cool

My addiction is skinny lattes. My favorite is skinny hazelnut.
But you gotta hear my horror story.
Last night, I was at a Starbucks in Barnes and Noble, and I ordered a tall skinny hazelnut latte. But, since it was a small Starbucks, I was curious if they'd even have sugar free hazelnut. So I looked and when I didn't see it, I got a little worried. I watched the barista making my drink, looking around for the sugar free hazelnut, and when she didn't find it, she started pumping in regular hazelnut syrup without saying anything!!!!!! Oh my god, I panicked. I was like "That's sugar free hazelnut, right?" and she replied with "We don't have that."
I ended up watching her very closely as she made my sugar free vanilla latte.

Moral of the story: watch the people making your food/drink whenever possible. You can't trust anyone!

Seriously, I was so scared.  She could have added hundreds of calories to my day and I'd have been none the wiser. The immorality of it makes me sick. That's akin to giving someone regular coke if they ordered diet, it's sabotage!

AHHHHHH!
Okay I'm done. Just thought I'd share Surprised

yeah I watch them make my drink....what if you had some illness ....she could have like..killed you....geez whats wrong with people...

Anyway, i like nonfat carmel machiatos, iced....though I should get skinny lattes....

Theres no easy to get to starbucks where I live though...i havent been in months.....sugar free redbull it i

I love grande caramel frappuccinos! :)

I've never tried the light blend frappuccinos, but I might have to give them a try!

My sister works at starbucks so she got me hooked on this AMAZING drink that I LOVE!

any chai fans out there? well the chai syrup they use at starbucks has tons of sugar... soo my sister makes me an iced chai tea latte her own special way!

Instead of using the syrup, she puts two chai tea bags into a small amount of hot water.. she steeps it for a few minutes then pours it over ice and adds soy milk. She also adds sugar free vanilla syrup.

it tastes delicious! anyone who loves chai needs to try it with soy milk! it tastes so good. :)

Or for a hot version: I order a chai tea meso with soy which is a chai tea bag, with half water and half steamed soy milk. yum!! :)

I must say, I'm really surprised that happened to you. Starbucks trains their employees & REALLY stresses consistency/knowing every drink available/giving excellent customer service. I've never had any problems with my drinks there.

Anyway, I don't know how I'd survive without my venti skinny vanilla lattes.

I love their tall caramel frappuccinos, and the caramel latte tall.  But since I started trying to lose weight, I switched to iced coffee and have the other drinks sparingly.  Also during the fall they have a pumpkin spice latte which is also very good.

As a Starbucks employee and before CC I loved either: quad venti black and white mocha or quad venti caramel macchiato.

Now I love a venti shot in the dark with sugar-free cinnamon dulce and a little steamed nonfat. Although, honestly, most of the time I just enjoy my grande shot in the dark.

And if you ever a ****load of extra calories one day, try a creme based frap with mocha, vanilla bean powder, and strawberry syrup. Yum!

And though Starbucks does stress customer service (to a groan-worthy point) some people are still jerks. Watch the people making your drinks... I don't even trust some of the people I used to work with.

I just discovered the light blended frappuccinos! The mocha tall is only 110 calories, which makes me happy and not guilty!

Venti non-fat latte and toast a spinach feta wrap!
