this summer, i dont have a specific weight to lose just because i no i have muscles that's gonna make me look like i havent lost weight. so im just gonna depend on the mirror. my goal is to make some abs or atleast a skinny stomach to be comfortable at the beach.

weight: 135.6 lbs, 9.8% body fat

goal: 130.0 <6% body fat

 

I want to get ripped and have an 8-pack and boost my maximum oxygen capacity through losing fat mass so I can get some personal records for long course swim season and have a chance at winning the 400m freestyle at California LA-Section Junior Olympics.

I want to get more toned and decrease my body fat percentage, hopefully lose weight but only if it's fat - I don't want to lose muscle mass! Basically, I'd like to be more comfortable with my body.

Current weight: 121lbs

Short-term goal weight: 115lbs?

Current body fat: 25%

Goal body fat: 20%

Age: 15

Height -5'5".. Well, 5'6" on a good day. ;)

My goals:

- Achieve a healthy mentality in regards to food (ie no good food vs bad food bullsh*t)

- Become stronger in my weak areas (ie arms and abs.)

- Create more muscle endurance in my legs.

- Become fit from inside to out, and enjoy the process!

I figure my goals for health will probably let my body find it's "set point" naturally, and I look fine no matter what weight I'm at, so. :)

Age: 15 (almost 16!)

Goals:

-Maintain around 110 pounds

-Only weigh myself once a week (no falling back into the daily weight struggle)

-Be able to jog three miles without stopping by September

-Love my body for what it is!

Current weight: 137-8 pounds

Goal weight: 120-125 by Mid August

Other goals: Always eat healthier and rarely eat sweets even at my goal weight

Get a flat tummy. :)
