I've lost 6 lbs already (don't get me wrong, I am happy about this) and other than the numbers on my scale, I haven't noticed a physical difference.
When did all of you start actually noticing the changes in your body? Like clothes fitting better, more energy, etc.

I noticed after the first five pounds - because my clothes were getting SO tight before that. After losing those first 5, my pants weren't exactly comfortable, but I could breathe. Then the next five pounds didn't seem to make much difference. Now I'm at -13, and starting to notice that I can fit into some older clothes. I'm still wearing the same pants and shirts I did back in January when I started, but they look and feel much better now. And I've been exercising, although not quite as much as I would like to, for the last month, and I am starting to feel stronger. Don't really see anything looking more toned yet.
I lost around 15 pounds before I noticed much of anything. It sounds as though I'm larger than you though. And it sounds like katann, I noticed when my pants weren't as tight.
I saw a difference after the first 10lbs but I am really short. (I went from a size 12 pants to a size 8). My family started to see the difference too. I went from looking chubby/overweight all over to someone with a flat-ish stomach and big boobs and thighs. lol. My family noticed that my stomach looked really flat and wanted to know what I was doing. That was the biggest compliment.
I have a long way to go, but I am super estatic that I can wear tighter shirts(those that actually fit) and feel comfortable.

Well I started out at 225, so it sounds like I'm larger than you, but for me, I really didn't start noticing a difference until I passed the 20 lb mark. At this point, I noticed my clothes getting looser, and I could notice the weight loss in my face and middle area. Every 5 or so lbs after that the changes have gotten more and more noticeable. I think it is really a cumulative effect.
I noticed when the weather went from winter to spring. Lol. I'm in the Midwest, and was wearing tons of baggy cltohes, many layers, etc. Then it got warm, i put on a tank top and suddenly people were like, damn ure toned up! And also, i fit my summer pants better (as AS tight as before like katann.

I can see it now a little bit, and I'm down 14-15 lbs.
It happened almost literally overnight . . . at 9 lbs I noticed my jeans felt a little more comfortable in the waist and at 11 lbs I was practically swimming in them. Weird.
i probly noticed after the first 15 lbs or so. i've lost about 33 lbs now, and all of my old clothes are way too big. ive gone from about a size 14 to an 8/10.
You should do your baseline measurements and then when you are feeling like you are getting nowhere remeasure youself like I did this week and although I haven't lost lbs I have lost inches.
Also taking front, side and back photos is good as alot of body shapes don't change much they just get slimmer (ie hopefully keep curves) so you don't really notice a dramatic difference till your pants fall down!

Perhaps I'll just have to be patient.. I'm sure once I hit the -15 mark, I will notice the change. I just wasn't planning on having to lose any more than ten to get the body I wanted.
And I have recently noticed that some of my A cup bras from a few years ago fit me better now. Not the result I wanted, but progress is progress. ;)

I'm down 27 pounds and I can only see one difference. I am in the military deployed right now so I wear BDU's and baggy PT gear all day everyday so I haven't been able to see a difference in my clothes except one. My underwear is starting to get baggy! How funny is that? I notice the first difference because my Butt is shrinking. I keep having people tell me that I look thinner, but I still can't see it except on the scale. I am hoping to be down another 7-8 pounds by the time I go home in a month. And I am also hoping that nothing fits... except my bras!

I have lost 12.. I really can't tell but my husband was staring at me the other day, when I asked why he said that my face is alot smaller. LOL
I didn't notice until around 15, but everyone else noticed around ten. Mostly, I just noticed that my pants kept falling down. :D

I'm working on the last 10 lbs, only 2 lbs to go for my goal. First thing I noticed was that I lost my extra chin (thank goodness, LOL!). Then my pants (size 6's) started fitting looser, and some of my 4's were just starting to fit again. At that point, I measured myself and even though I'd only lost a few pounds, I'd lost two inches off waist, hips, and thighs. But I still had those ugly flabby bits under my armpits, back flab, and cafeteria arms. So I don't think it was all that noticeable, because as a short person, people notice my upper body first.
Last month I dropped 4 lbs, which shaved a 1/2 inch here and there, plus an inch off my chest measurements (I measure in three places). Now I can see a difference in my upper body! Bras are fitting much better (I hadn't realized just how stretched out they were becoming). I can pass in sleeveless shirts once again. And my ribs have reappeared. Also my size 4 pants started falling off of me, so I'm back in my 2's.
I think this month the most dramatic changes have occurred. I don't think my own family really notices though, because they see me every day. However, this past weekend we saw some people we hadn't seen in months, and although they didn't say anything, I couldn't help but notice the women kept stealing glances at my waist. It was weird. But I admit I deliberately wore a form-fitting, body-hugging outfit because i was feeling particularly skinny that night!!! One of these women was particularly catty when I'd gained the weight last year (you know the type).

I've lost 12 so far, and just started noticing. My boyfriend has been saying that my face looks thinner, and the other day said that my butt and legs look thinner. The first thing I noticed was in my arms, actually. A particular shirt fit my arms better. Then - just today - my jeans feel loose.
The first 10 of my 30 I noticed. =)
When my pants started riding a lot lower that they used to. When I could take my pants off without unbuttoning them.
i noticed the 3rd week after i lost 12 lbs already!
i started feeling very sexy already! lols
