I started getting b12 injections...

My B12 is low and my doctor started me on b12 injections, one a week for a month, then one a month. Yesterday was my first injection. Has anyone had these and how long did it take to have a result? My left hand has been numb and tingly (like when it's waking up from being asleep) since the first of the year and it's probably cuz of the dificiency. Hope to have a noticable change soon...also some energy. Anyone with any experience with these?
