Err..oops ... link fixed now.  Thanks!
Salome, I've been super busy, so I'm coming to the discussion late.  I want to say that if there had been more nice posts like yours when I first came here I would have gotten started a lot faster.  Everyone was very helpful, but it took me days to find the Library and a lot of other information.

Nice job!
salome,  I just want to say I think your links are good.  I've been here a little over a month and found my own way around.  Hk's thread was one of the first one's I read and it was helpful for me.  I think these would be helpful for a newbie!
Thanks Christianrock_chick I am glad that it helped.

Welcome too.  Good luck on your journey.

Hi everyone, I am totally new here; since Jan 4, and I am kinda totally lost.  I did the walkthrough, found how to look  up foods and post them and wieght on a log, but thats it; not sure how I got to here except that I was reading a newsletter during lunch, lol.  I thought I was completely puter literate as I am on one all day every day but alas, I need to find the thread or link that everyone was talking about earlier with respect to being helpful to newbies. Can anyone direct me?  Thanks in advance! Hope I can find my way back here  HAHAHA
