Just started, first time to go on a diet.
Hi im 16, and have just started dieting. I find it very fun to count up my calories, but i also find it very annoying that everything i see, i have to consider, and it's like.. "oh no i cant allow myself to eat that". Im not that big, im a size 14 in clothes.
I feel bad because people out there are bigger than me, and i'd just like to lose a few stone to be thin. I feel abit silly really. Im scared of getting obsessed with adding up all the calories. I had over.. 2,000 calories on the 15th (when i started) then on the 16t i had.. 1,900 calories, and today (17th) i've had.. 1,500 calories.
Abit odd.. but mayb i'm just being careful.
My mums gonig to get me an exersise bike.
Does anyone know what excersises i can do to lose my flabby tummy? xxx
Side crunches
Side leg lifts (bending at your hips and lifting your leg up)

you are only 16, so don't start getting too worried about your calories. you need to eat a balanced healthy diet so your body can develop and be healthy. use the tools on this site to get an idea how you should be eating, and what good portions are. then try to go by that day to day. hop on that exercise bike, swim, etc. and you'll see the weight starting to come off. good luck!
