Hi,

So, the truth is that at one time I reached 210lbs. I was out of control!!! I decided to watch what I was eating and stated working out. Now I am 158 @ 5'5" but I want to get back to the 130s.

I know I lost a lot already and I get a lot of compliments but I still see myself big. I just want to feel comfortable and feel good. The last 20 pounds have been the hardest to lose so here I am. Laughing

Hi there. I feel you. I started (embarassed to admit) at 224 lbs. September 2008. September 2009 I was at 157. Yay. But then I quit. My entire life changed. I left my husband of 8 years and moved in with my new boyfriend. All in about 4 months. Somehow during the transition I forgot to continue to take care of myself. I quit exersizing and have started eating unhealthy again. Now since August 2009 when I moved in with my bf I haven't gained any weight back (thank goodness) but I'm not losing either. I'm not happy where I am. 155 lbs. Yes it is much better than 224 but I still feel chubby. I want one of those bodies that people look at and are like I wish I was her. So I'm back here. To start again. I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in months. It felt good. Now I just gotta keep going. I want my sexy back!!!

Lets do it!!!

We had an accident a couple of weeks ago so I havent done much since. I can't wait to get back to running. I just love the feeling.

So how much u weight right now??

I know holidays are comming but by the end of this year I want to b down 5lbs. Lets just hope :)

Hi I am 5'6' and weighing 170.I am working on losing 35 lbs. I followed same as u, working out and watching what I eat. Hope to reach goal by April 30th. If u've got any inputs please share. U r where I want to go. Thanks and I am proud of you.

I'm only 5'4" and actually hit 217:/, w/ in a year of no eating after 7pm and walking every night after dinner I managed to get to 140!  Now I'm back at a gruesome 166 and hating it.  I loved and miss that feeling of being able to put anything on in your closet and KNOW it looked good.  That is what I want back but have been lacking the determination, hopefully I can stay motivated and with it this time around.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to say thanks to you all, it has been a real inspiration to read things like this, that it is actually possible. It's different from hearing about it second hand. I'm starting out at around where you guys did (around 217) and I'm giving myself a year to get down to 150. Just started three days ago, and so far no binges, lots of excersize and just got a new job :), so things are looking good so far. Keep up the great work! Good luck everyone <3
