Let's get started...And be realistic 10lb. by March 31st..
Hey everyone, I know I need to lose alot more than that, but my body seem to adjust to anything that I do. The doctors tell me if you lose 1lb a week I should be happy. So I'm gonna try to be more realistic. Anyway let's do weighins on Sundays. And get started!

Good luck everyone.....Andrea
Reason: Moved from Weight Loss to Games & Challenges forum, thanks.
I think it's already time for the weigh-in. It's approximately 9:10AM January 4, 2009 here in the Philippines so let me start.
My weight is 117.8 lbs. =( I hope it's just my normal weight fluctuation... That was from around 116 lbs.
I'm hoping to improve for the next weigh in. I think I'll be posting for that in advance next week because I might not be able to have access to a weighing scale by then. Sorry!

CW: 123.8
GW: 110 (eventually)
Loss: 4.2 lbs.
Most of this is just water weight and a result of not drinking over the last few days versus the week before filled with lots of beer! Goal for next Saturday, 121 lbs.!
weighin day oh geeze, okay it's 152, gained two pounds! :( but this can be looked in a good way, i usually gain 5-8 lbs around the holidays, and this year, only two! YEAH!!
Last week: 165
Today: 162
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
I will put in yesterday's weigh in as I will not even see what I am today - or for the next fews days for that matter. ToM completely messes up my weight and blows me up to the proportions of a beach ball. (If only I was as light as one... teehee)
Yesterday's takings:
Starting Weight: 130 lbs
Current Weight: 127.5 lb
Loss: 2.5 lbs!!
Goal Weight: 120 lbs
You're all such an encouragement!! Keep going!!
SW: 161
CW: 159
Loss: 2 lbs (woohoo!)
Hi! Hope I can still join! I was in the "lose 30 lbs by Christmas" challenge and I lost 23 lbs. Now my goal is to lose another 20lbs by May 20th (my 20th anniversary). I would like to do 10 lbs at a time. I did gain 2 lbs over the holidays. So here it goes:
SW: (this challenge) 156
GW: 146
Good luck to all!

Lost a pound, but I think it might just be weight fluctuation. I've been eating an awful lot due to new year parties. *worried*

4 lbs in 4 days!!!
That's just from being more reasonable w/ my eating and working out. Today I officially start my diet. My goal is to have a 500 calorie deficit each day besides Friday (cause I always go out Fridays.) I can do it!!!
This week:
SW: 147
CW: 147.5 :(
Not bad considering the food-fest that was New Year's Eve. I'm hoping that the .5 is mostly some water weight sticking around from my vacation...
