Hey everyone, I know I need to lose alot more than that, but my body seem to adjust to anything that I do. The doctors tell me if you lose 1lb a week I should be happy. So I'm gonna try to be more realistic. Anyway let's do weighins on Sundays. And get started!

No loss, no gain. Honestly, I'm wondering if my body just hasn't had a chance to show a change. I ate and drank like a maniac this past week. I was traveling and ate out every meal and drank at least 2 drinks at every dinner and only worked out once. I was totally expecting at least a +2lb gain.

Current Weight 269.6

NO WEIGHT LOSS.  Oh well.  At least it wasn't a gain.

Finally!  147 so down 1.8 pounds.  That's the most I've ever lost in a week, not counting fad diet time, of course.

Discouraged.  I'm back on south beach today though! so hopefully next weeks weight in won't be so disheartening.

Well, if the faulty "communal" scales are right, I'm down to 126 lbs from 128.5 lbs. But I could fluctuate. I don't like them, but I'll take it for now! I'm still needing to order some.

Whoops. I'm a day late.

Start weight- 146 lbs

Goal weight- 136 lbs

Today's weight- 144 lbs

Total loss- 2 lbs

Better late than never.  SW:136,  CW:135.4  Lost 0.6 in two weeks :-( 

That is super slow with exercise and watching what I eat.  How can you manage to loose 1-2 lbs a week specially when you weigh in 120s or low 130s?  How are you able to get big enough deficit.  Do you eat around 1200 and exercise everyday?  I am so dissapointed.

I have been on this challenge without realizing it but I would like to join a group with a similar goal date. I want to lose 16 pounds by May 1 (12 by March 31st) but it will likely be very tough - I still want to keep it as a goal though.

Anyway - last sunday on 1/4/09 I weighed 201 and last Sunday (1/11) I weighed 197.6 - so the was the first "easy" 3.4 pounds. 

Hope you all stick it out!! 

My stats - 5' 9", 37; I have managed to get down to here from 280 pounds - I gained 15 back over the two months after a really long stint of being "good".  I know it is possible and I am correcting my behaviors to get back on track.

Sunday is here already!  Wink  I didn't expect to go down 2 lbs. after the indulgent week I've had this week.  Plan to be much more careful this coming week.

Bad news this week...but there's a new day dawning, right?

Current:  139.6 lb. (+.4 lb.)

started using the body bugg this week.  It facinating.  I still us CC for tracking food, their system isn't as good.

Sure, TankGirl!  Borrow away!  I only wish it were as easy to MAKE the progress as it is to see it with the format I used.  LOL  Good Luck to you in the coming weeks...& that goes for all those who accepted the challenge with us as well.

Oh what a week I had! I was contacted by my old college and they told me my father still needs to pay 1875 euro, he has to pay it my january 30th! Talk about stress, I am the one who gets punished if he doesn't.

Due to the stress I have not started my period and am still extremely bloated.

I've lost just over 7lbs!...  Just 7 more to go until my Vaca goal for March 6th.  My ultimate goal is 125!

Not bad so far!  Started at about 145, went up to 148.8, but this week I'm at 143.6!  1/2 way there!  Just wanna lose another 1.5 this week to get down to 142 even by next weigh in.

Dunno about yesterday, though.  I wasn't paying attention and forgot about a dinner I had.  Had cereal for breakfast, a Japanese dessert for a snack (zenzai, how in the world do you log that?), 1/2 a tuna sandwich AND brown rice, canned salmon and pickled ginger (shooga) for lunch, a protein shake, and an apple for snack.  Then DINNER was a roll with butter, a big piece of teriyaki chicken breast, salad with full fat dressing, a couple steamed veggies, sauteed mushrooms and pearl onions, and some sort of stuffing in the shape of a biscotti.  BUT I ENJOYED IT ALL, EVERY BITE! I did manage to give away the chocolate dessert.

At least I ran.  Looks like I'll be in the gym for a loooong time today!  Tongue out  Congrats to everyone who's still hanging in there and good luck to us all!
