Hey everyone, I know I need to lose alot more than that, but my body seem to adjust to anything that I do. The doctors tell me if you lose 1lb a week I should be happy. So I'm gonna try to be more realistic. Anyway let's do weighins on Sundays. And get started!

Late again...sorry! I am still at 126lbs, no change. Grrr. I can do this, and so can you all!! :D

A total loss of 7 lbs.  And my birthday is coming up on April 1st.  I will be the ripe old age of 46 and still looking good> Wink

Well, that's better...and I had two big restaurant meals on Thursday and Friday!

Major congratulations to everyone that is still hanging in there and posting!  I'm down to 141.6 so about -7 lbs total.  The Great Aloha Run is one week from today so my goal is to lose 1.5 lbs this week.  This is the last month so push to the end!

Nope...we have another month and a half until March 31!  (Good thing, too.)

o yeah, good call.  thanx.  whew!  lack of good food (pizza, beer, Korean food) is messing w/ my ability to count properly...Laughing

Total Lost: 1 lbs  : (;  I think I was too quick to say that my trips did not cause ultimate weight gain.  I had two really awful days calorie-wise and I think I must have had way too much salt that my system is still trying to get rid of.   Right now, I am down to 197.5 but this is what I weighed Sunday.  I just did not get around to posting.  I am committed to posting until the end of the challenge - even if it is down to three people!! I will not likely make the goals below and 10 pounds by the 31st may be tough too.  But I am still trying!

March 31 Goal: 12 lb; April 31st: 16 lb

CW 266.5    A gain this week of 1 lb.  I ate out twice yesterday for Valentines day.  One time at the Olive Garden and had Oven roasted Chicken Marsala and then a personal pan pizza with green peppers and mushroom.  Probably a bit of sodium is the gain.  Oh well, I still have more time to loose that 10 pounds.  I am heading in the right direction.

AGE: 45 soon to be 46 on April 1st.

Hey! So I'm a day late ... and missed a week due to vacation ... but here it goes!

Week 1 : 66.9 kg

Week 2 : 65.7 kg

Week 3: 65.1 kg

Week 4 : 66 kg

Week 5 : vacation ... :-)

Week 6: 64.7 kg YAY!

total loss = 2.2 kg (or 4.84 lbs)

hope to keep it up for the next weeks!

Forgot to log in.  141.8-ish so techinically up, but I'm bloated enough that I can't get my rings off, so my weight will probably go down later this week.  I hope.  But I did finish the Great Aloha Run.  8.15 miles in 1 hour and 51 minutes.   My first race/walk ever!  It was fun- perfect weather with sunny skies and very cool breezes.  The addition of jogging to my workout has really helped with the weight loss.  All my clothes are looser so I guess I'll keep it up as long as my knees hold out.

140.6 yesterday, down 8ish pounds so far!  2 more to go!  Yaay! 

But Tuesday is my B-day so I'm eating sushi and Korean food that day, as well as opening a bottle of wine.   But I will do a crossfit class and xtra cardio.   Hang in there everyone!

back up to 141.4, but it's been a crazy week of eating!  Oh well, back on the wagon.   Started a new eating program called the Trim Body System.  Healthy carbs, balanced eating program, etc.  Cooked for the entire week and froze extra so that I won't have to buy/cook next time the same meal comes up.  Structured so I don't have to think about what to eat, already targeted to about 1500 calories, but with sufficient information for me to do exchanges to fit my lifestyle.  Everyone have fun this week!
