i want to start and gain some lbs back since (i'd be totally honest) i had anorexic tendencies when i dieted months ago, and i still am in shock (yes i am so ppl who says i saw this coming is so not right) that i still lost some pounds despite my efforts of eating more calories than i usually do, and binged quite a lot. maybe my habit of overestimating calories really WAS a bad idea.. whatever blah blah blah..

so my question is, will i easily gain weight if i eat most of my calories at night? yesterday i went to about 3500+ cals, but i ate about 2000 of it at night, i was munching while watching tv (oat fiber crackers, pineapple, sticky rice cake, chicken hotdogs) until around 10:30pm, then i slept at 12am..

Can you tell us more what your weight/height is now and also before what you were eating as you stated only yesterday did you end up with 3500? Is there a way you can preplan your meals and snacks so that you don't have so much at night to consume or want to? This is also about learning how to be balance and healthy so when you are done with weight gain you can have a sense of normal eating. You also need adeqaute fuel during the day when you are most active and so your body can feel its best

Being so underweight, it's common to initially eat a lot. This settles. What Abbi has said to you about planning ahead is very wise and permits more structure in your intake. Make sure you have a good, big breakfast, too. Breakfast is perhaps one of the easiest meals of the day to bulk up. Whole milk in cereal, butter on toast or peanut butter (or both if you're that sort of person), nuts in porridge (oatmeal) and dried fruit on the side... or a savoury breakfast with sausages and the like. Use your head and plan ahead.

i'm currently 41kg, stands 61inches.

i want to at least go for 43kg coz i really want to get my period back, it's been 3 or 4 months since i havent had it, i dont even remember when was the exact time i last had it. and my hair is falling in massive amount, i'm so anxious about this. i can clearly see that it's thinning.

anyway, yesterday, i tried to space out my meals evenly, and ended up at around 3700cals at the end of the day.. but what happened now is that, i feel constipated. is this normal? it's sad how i always feel constipated whenever i eat massive amount of calories even if it comes from less bulky foods.
