Hi, I'm 32, 6'1" tall and weigh in at 224 lbs..

I am just starting my journey to a skinnier me. Over the past 10 years I have been slowing building up to this point and have finally come to the conclusion that I don't like where I am or where I was headed.

I am looking forward to learning from everyone and hope this will be an eye opening experience.

I am 6'0'' tall as well and started off at 225 pounds also (on new years day nonetheless).  It is definitely worth it, so have fun!  And try not to let your boss catch you playing online (I've been lucky so far, but I am fast with a mouse and always keep real work up as well)

I wanna wish you a very good luck in achieving your goals. Just make sure you don't give in to your cravings and keep it in control and you'll be fine. I dont think you're too far from your goal, if you work on it. Dont expect to lose all that weight in a couple of weeks, be patient and you will see the results for yourself.
