sounds excellent h x
It sounds good, except it all sounds like 'health food'... make sure to allow yourself some 'bad stuff' every once in a while if you feel like it ;]
why not today?
Your meal plan looks pretty good. However, I am going to have to agree with Opeth here. You should really try challanging yourself by eating something you used to love (or something new) that you are up for trying again. It may sound hard, but that is just ED tricking you. I can tell you from personal experience that it will only help you in the long run.
PS - Good luck with school and the meal plan. I hope you go through with it and be able to stick to it aswell.
It's a good meal plan, but like others have pointed out it might be a little uber-healthy. It's ok to get fats from sources other than peanut butter, nuts and seeds; you could eat some red meat, butter and oils, egg yolks etc and still be healthy. Or chocolate :D
i think your meal plan sounds excellent, similar to mine actually and ive been strength training for a few weeks now. :)
Your meal plan definitely sounds pretty good. But don't be afraid to change it up every once and awhile! ;-)
Hope you have a great day at school tomorrow!![]()
Well it is Monday so am checking in and seeing how it is going on the new plan? I do agree with fidget though I encourage you to not put off tomorrow or the next day what you can do today for recovery. Food is medicine for your life.

You're still fairly malnourished, and your body and mind probably haven't had enough time to heal themselves. Either that, or you might need actually more calories than you are currently eating.
Ohh and if anyone need wants to try a weightgainer powder.
Buy the GNC AMP Vanilla flavor it is soo delicious!!!!
Dekkos: breathe, relax, and just let go a little bit. you're getting the calories and that is SPECTACULAR, no kidding but you do not eat anything relatively devoid of nutritional value. all foods can be eaten in moderation and you have to learn that if you're ever going to break through the shackles of your ED. you can be weight restored and still cary the burden of the ED in your head.
Eat some chocolate, ice cream, or even a small pastry. You can afford the calories and the mental aspect is just as important as gaining weight.
You might also want to vary your fruit choices. Eat some kiwis, mangos, or papaya. Try adding in olive oil, avocados, olives, nuts, and more healthy fats as well.
Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
