Just starting out..Newbie needing help and buddies
New to this site. Not quite sure how it works but I know I'll probably need some tips on how to stay on the diet and still feel motivated. Im about 50 pounds overweight and hate i I could use a support buddy to help me through the rough spots.. I want to get back to the way I used to look before kids if thats possible.

I haven't checked, but if you have not yet filled in your profile, I recommend you do so. Your profile lets members learn more about you and allows members with similar goals and interests find you. Your profile can be as detailed or as vague as you wish -- check out other members to get an idea (click on the member's picture or name in a post). To update your profile, click "Community" --> click "People" --> click "edit page" under your picture/avatar.

I will add you to my buddy list. I am new too. I believe to add just go the profile(just hit the name) and hit add buddy at top right corner. That is how I did it!
