I haven't counted a calorie since June 6th.  I gained back 9 of the 15 lbs I initially lost from April 16th-June 6th.  I just wanted a little encouragement and feedback as this is (hopefully), the first day of the rest of my life.

My salad wasn't big, but I think I'll cut it in half next time to make room for more snacks throughout the day.  Next step: excercise.  I have to get on the glider tonight after work and try doing 10 miuntes to start.  I'll do 10 minutes perday for the next 2 weeks and then up the amount of time throughout the next month after that.

So, how am I doing?

Looks fairly OK, but maybe a little low on protien?  What are your ratios from your analysis screen?

A suggestion - reduce by half the amount the cheese on your salad (or eliminate it completely - I bet you won't miss it!)  That leaves room for adding more protein.  You could put 3 oz of salad size shrimp or some chicken on it for the same calories.  Or save those cals for a snack if you found yourself hungry.

Yeah, I know I need more protein.  That's why I'm going to have the tuna tonight.  I honestly thought my salad was excellent, but when I logged everything after luch, I was like...WHOA!!!  That took up a huge part of my cals right there.  I definitely want to do things the right way!!!  Thanks for the suggestion.  I'll try less cheese and add some chicken next time.
