After yo-yoing up and down the scale for the past 4 months on this
site, I am at my heaviest weight ever right now and am starting over.
CW- 165.8 lbs
GW- 145 lbs September 1, 2007
Dream GW- 135 lbs by February 1, 2007
Daily Calories: 1200, or higher if exercising (according to CC)
Daily Goal: No gluten, no dairy (except special occassions), and only 30-40g of carbs/day until soccer season.
Mini goal #1) 158 lbs by June 31
Mini goal #2) 150 lbs by August 7
Mini goal #3) Run the Denver Half Marathon in October (or equivalent)
I want to try to eat 6 small meals a day and drink 64 oz of water/day.
Anyone want to join me in this effort? If so post CW, GW, Daily Calories, Daily Goal, and perhaps some mini goals! Let's do this!

I haven't been yo-yoing, but I have been stuck for months!!! It is driving me crazy. I have been trying everything, so might as well try actually publicly listing my goals :-)

I have been stuck at this (158 - 164) for years. I work out 4 days/week. I am going to up it to 6x - and start recording my food again.
