Yesterday was my last injection day, now I have 3 days of 500 calories, then officially moving to phase 3. Since I still have more weight that I would like to lose, it is a little scary to move on to this phase. I have found some articles on advice and I will be following those. I definitely don't want to gain anything back, just lose more! So far, I have lost 19 pounds and I am so happy that I was able to do this diet.
Could you please post the links to those articles? I'd be interested in reading them, as I have the very same concerns as you. Right now, I am on Day 7 of the Simeons HcG protocol, and down 7.8 lbs. I have actually found this diet to be surprisingly easy...well, not EASY but not at horrible, as some have described.
I will be starting phase 3 tomorrow...any advice?
really watch your carbs, and portion sizes. Those two things really seemed to be the key for me. I've been off the HcG for two months, and have only gone up or down two pounds in either direction. Today, I am exactly one pound heavier than I was the day I finished. Also, I do make myself get on the scale EVERY DAY. That seems to keep me honest. If I see it go up, then I really buckle down and behave myself for the next couple of days and that does the trick. But for the most part, I keep my lifestyle to lean proteins, lots of veggies, and whole grains. No refined white flour, white rice, only whole grain pasta (and only on RARE occasions), and very little sugar (except chocolate, my guilty pleasure!)
