I've had it sitting on my dvd cabinet for months now and I have finally decided to start my new life after turning 25 after some hard realizations.. n-e who I was wondering if anyone is doing power 90 or has?

what exactly is power 90?
LOVE THIS WORKOUT! For iyatewa, go to beachbody.com and you will see it.  Tony Horton is great.  I did P90 finished and felt great.  I wanted to move onto the master series but the I saw the X series, I might get it.  It will be hard but I'm determined.
what kind of results did you see?
i'm starting power 90 as well. i see this is a little late though. i'm excited!
I have been doing the P90x series for about 6 weeks now.  I am not following their diet plan but doing my own calorie counting.  I love it.  It is really tough and even though I am not losing weight I think I am gaining muscle. 
Hi everybody! I know it's late, but I just started P90 today. If you incidently come back to this page, please let me know how this worked for you. You have 2 weeks in advance, so some results should be there, isn't it?

hey! i'm on day 81 for power 90, and i can tell you if you stick to it, its AMAZING! i've lost 6-7 pounds so far, and feel WAY better about myself..its great, im running all over the place without breaking a sweat, it gets you so in shape!

I did Power 90 in college and if you stick with it, it works.  I lost 35 lbs on it. Good luck!  You will do it and be SO proud of yourself for all the hard work!

Hi good for you I am restarting the Power 90 dvd set.  I did the Power 90 Extreme and it was so so hard this was about 5 years ago.  I am using Power 90.  I am starting a week from Monday.  Did you follow their program.  Let me know thanks.

Hey all I started P90 3 weeks ago and I love it. At first I could barely do the push ups, chair dips, yoga, etc. But I now find myself getting much better.  My clothing fits better and I just feel great. It is hard to stick to working out 6 times a week but after the second week it becomes a routine or at least it did for me. I don't know how many pounds I have lost because I refuse to weigh myself until day 60 or maybe even 90. But I am starting to notice nice changes in my stomach, thighs and arms :) I am very happy and can't wait to see how I feel and look day 90.  Good luck!

PS. My husband is noticing the changes and has now decided to also start P90.

Hi good for you and all your results.    I am starting a week from monday.  Did you follow the on line program.  I have 6 of the dvd'd I purchased off of ebay.  I was wondering if anyone can tell me the order in which the dvd are done.  I did not get a sheet when I purchasd the dvd.  The ones I have are  1.  Great Buns.  (11. Min)  2.  Bun Shaper 3.  Sweat Cardio 3 -4  with ab ripper 4.  Sweat Cardio 3 -4 cardio routine 5.  Scult circuit 3 -4 advanced hase body sculpting 6.  arm toner -- any input would be greatly appreciated.  I use to do the pbox 90 extreme and got great results and look forward to doing the power 90 routine.  I did get really good results but stopped and ready to do it all over again.  Thank for your info and look forward to seeing the order in which to do the dvd.

I am currently in Cuba studying abroad but I bought this dvd a few years ago and thought it was finally time to start it since I am going to be here for 3 months. I unfortunately only have the dvd's now and am a little unsuure about the directions. Should i only be doing one of the routines a day or do I need to do sweat and sculpt? I don't have any weights or resistance bands but if need be I will try to find them. Any one think they can help me out??
