Starting P90x this week-are the 'recovery shakes' a good idea?
So my hubby and I are going to do P90X together. I've been reading about it, here and elsewhere. I know that I will be very sore for awhile: what I want to know is if the recovery shakes really help you recover or if it's just a protein and sugar laced cocktail. Any info appreciated.

The orange recovery drink is so worth it. I only let myself have it if I feel I have really kicked it during my workout, and it really does help recover before the next workout.
